Common Ground Meditation Center is a group of people who gather to practice mindfulness-awareness meditation together and engage in teachings to help us to deepen our practice on and off the “cushion.”

We are diverse in race, gender orientation, and age. The directors have practiced Buddhist meditation for many years; however, people of any religion, or none, who want to practice mindfulness- awareness meditation or any form of meditation are welcome. Working with mind is our common ground. 

We are interested in the intersection of mindfulness and many other aspects of life, and we provide programs that emphasize mind and health, mind and creativity, mind and heart. We also provide meditation instruction and mindfulness / meditation mentoring for all levels.
